Internship For Human Resource

Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months and above
• Assist in day-to-day Human Resources operations
• Support recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help prepare basic HR documents including offer letters and employment contracts
• Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth joining experience
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave information in the system
• Support payroll preparation and data entry tasks (under supervision)
• Assist in liaising with internal departments on HR-related matters
• Provide administrative support for HR documentation and filing
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist in preparing simple HR reports and data tracking
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives when required
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team
