- Experience in client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and support.
- Proven problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find suitable educational solutions.
- Basic marketing knowledge to promote educational programs and services to potential clients.
- Ability to adopt a student-centric approach, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- Capable of conducting consultations with students and parents to assess their educational goals and recommend appropriate pathways.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide expert consultation to prospective students and their families, understanding their educational goals and recommending suitable programs and institutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments of students, considering their academic background, interests, and career aspirations to tailor personalized education plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stay updated on program offerings, admission requirements, and application deadlines.
- Assist students with the application process, including preparing application documents, providing guidance on essay writing, and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Offer comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey, addressing any challenges they may face and providing resources for academic success.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students, including participating in education fairs, conducting school visits, and utilizing online platforms.
- Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, ensuring clear understanding and building strong relationships.
