- At least 1 year(s) of working experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
- Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have strong attention to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Having a professional telephone handling manner and be a confident and friendly communicator.
- Supervising all matters related to the entire sales team.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiry by telephone and email.
- To make cold call to new customer.
- To continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with our customers and strive towards Customer Satisfaction.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned or needed and any others administrative tasks as required by management.
