Junior/Senior Accounts Executive

• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices.
• Basic understanding of Financial Analysis and Budgeting.
• Familiarity with Account Reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards.
• Ability to assist in Tax Preparation and Auditing tasks.
• Awareness of GST Compliance regulations.
• Strong Communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Demonstrated Problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time at the Kuala Lumpur office location.
• Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Support the budgeting process by collecting data, preparing budget templates, and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
