Additional Mathematics Educator Secondary

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics and/or Additional Mathematics at the secondary school level.
• Proficiency in Mathematics Education, Classroom Management, and Secondary School Teaching.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to effectively explain complex mathematical concepts to students.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Experience in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Develop and deliver engaging Additional Mathematics lessons to secondary school students, aligning with the IGCSE syllabus and the national curriculum and fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in Additional Mathematics.
• Assess student learning through various methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback to promote academic growth in Additional Mathematics.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing individualized support and enrichment activities to ensure all students achieve their full potential in Additional Mathematics.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources for Additional Mathematics, sharing best practices and contributing to curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, communicating regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns related to Additional Mathematics.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education and enhance teaching skills, including attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions focused on Additional Mathematics.
