Sales Operations Executive

Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management and/or other related equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in property sales administration, sales coordination, end financing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with property sales processes, SPA/loan documentation, agent coordination, and end financing procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with agents, purchasers, banks, and all levels of staff.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to the designated work location when required.
  • Must be meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Manage and coordinate all End Financing (EF) matters, including new bank applications, renewals, panel bank coordination, and financing quota monitoring.
  • Liaise closely with banks, solicitors, internal departments, and external agencies to ensure smooth processing of sales and financing documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on purchasers’ loan application status with agencies and financial institutions, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
  • Handle property agent commission claims, verification, and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate and arrange project briefings, product updates, and training sessions for property agents and sales teams.
  • Work closely with appointed sales trainers and relevant parties to resolve operational or technical issues related to sales systems and processes.
  • Prepare periodic sales, financing, and performance reports while maintaining accurate records and proper documentation filing.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and sales team to ensure efficient project sales operations.
  • Assist in coordinating inter-department communication to support smooth execution of sales activities, launches, and customer documentation processes.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by or to the Sales & Marketing Department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.
