Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business Administration or any related field.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory.
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office.
  • Required skills: Customer Service, Team Leadership, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Must be able to work in Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur
  • Must be able to work during the following working hours:
  • (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • (Saturday) 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing both finished goods (FG) and non-FG inventory, ensuring proper receipt and issuance of goods, and tracking accurate stock levels.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with warehouse, production, planning, and finance teams to align on sales and order requirements, production updates, and logistics needs.
  • Process Control: Ensuring all system transactions are accurate and processes are well-controlled, including leading the cycle count and stock reconciliation.
  • Cross-functional Support: Facilitating activities between planning, production, maintenance, engineering, finance, and logistics, with an emphasis on prioritizing initiatives that meet customer demands.
  • Reporting: Prepare inventory reports for management review
  • Ensure inventory storage standards comply with food safety and operational SOPs
