Internship Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our team in executing day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in content creation, social media management and digital campaigns, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, XHS etc.)
• Draft basic content for posts, captions, and marketing materials
• Support in content ideation and campaign brainstorming
• Coordinate with designers and team members to ensure timely delivery of content
• Monitor and compile basic performance data for campaigns and posts
• Conduct simple research on trends, competitors, and industry topics
• Assist with ad campaign setup and optimisation (where applicable)
• Handle other ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese and Malay are a plus
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or CapCut is an added advantage
