About V Top Frozen Sdn Bhd
V Top Frozen Sdn Bhd is a growing frozen food supplier focused on consistent quality, reliable operations, and long-term business growth. We serve customers through distribution, sales, and direct engagement, with an emphasis on practical execution rather than corporate complexity.
We are building an internal marketing function and are looking for a hands-on marketer who can independently manage and execute the entire digital marketing process, grow together with the company, and work closely with the Director to improve results.
Job Requirements- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Experience managing social media platforms end-to-end
- Comfortable with video shooting, basic editing, and content creation
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in FMCG / food / retail is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Organized, disciplined, and reliable
- Willing to learn, test ideas, and improve continuously
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity
- Able to follow through from idea → execution → result review

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities independently
- Create content (photo, video, captions) including shooting and editing
- Manage social media posting schedules and platforms
- Reply to PMs, comments, and enquiries; record leads and feedback
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and refine strategies
- Prepare simple reports and provide improvement advice to Director
- Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (based on experience)
