Assistant Warehouse Manager

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Working hour: Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm), Sat (9am to 1pm)
- Post multiple location warehouse management experience would be advantage.
- Salary for Assistant Manager will be RM8000
- Manage end‑to‑end warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations
- Coordinate closely with sales to meet customer requirements and SOPs
- Plan workflows, track metrics, and drive process improvements
- Set KPIs and lead operations team through hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure warehouse security, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Control inventory accuracy through stock counts and system reconciliation
- Provide timely stock and shipment updates to sales team and HQ
- Optimize delivery costs, lead times, and manage logistics partners
- Handle reverse logistics, lost cases tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with import/export and government licensing requirements
- Resolve operational and regulatory issues professionally
- Perform daily administrative reporting and ad‑hoc duties
