Ampang Jaya - Senior Event Operation Executive

At least 2 years of experience in the event industry

• Good understanding of event setup, backdrop arrangements, and basic M&E
• Knowledge in sound & lighting systems will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin for client and vendor communications
• Event Planning & Execution: Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating business events, ensuring alignment with client goals and top-quality delivery.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage inquiries, and deliver professional service with timely updates.
• Client Servicing Support: Ensure client requirements and requests are met with high standards and continual updates.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with operations, creative teams, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare key event documents—timelines, budgets, contracts—and report progress to clients and project teams.
• On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during events, handling logistics and resolving any issues immediately.
• Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, evaluate outcomes, and generate detailed reports for improvement
