About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and organized Community Executive to support the growth and engagement of our online/offline community across platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. You will play an active role in managing conversations, moderating content, supporting campaigns, and ensuring a positive experience for our community members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and moderate online community groups across multiple platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and community posts in a timely, friendly manner.
- Post engaging content and support community-driven initiatives.
- Monitor group activity, resolve community issues, and escalate when needed.
- Assist in developing small-scale engagement strategies, such as mini-campaigns or contests.
