Executive, Infrastructure Planning and Implementation

Job Summary

Manage the operations to ensure that all the infrastructure development projects and USP projects set by the communications minister and commission are well implemented as planned, assure the satisfactory of services by the consumers and safeguard the interest of the government and communications industry.

• Assist in performing and providing technical analysis report on USP and commercial project planning (mobile service, fixed, NADI and other services) through GAP Analysis using Mapinfo, Crowd Source Application, Google Earth and Communication Infrastructure Management System (CIMS) to achieve coverage objective requirements at state level.
• Assist in planning and coordinating on state initiatives facilitation at state/district level on:

1. Smart City and Low Carbon blueprint

• Plan, execute and provide analysis report on infrastructure / RCI / USP project site audit as according to the requirements.
• Assist in facilitating and coordinating the adoption of new guideline or technical code published by MCMC such as:

1. Adoption of Communication Infrastructure Permit Management (CIPM) system by state (Pihak Berkuasa Negeri — PBN) and all PBT: .

ii. Garis Panduan Perancangan lnfrastruktur Komunikasi (GPP-I) implementation:

• Perform OSC managements (7 PBTs in Negeri Sembilan)
• Plan and conduct SWG and coordination meeting with DUSPs & relevant stakeholders for project implementation.
• Prepare and perform analysis on the State Infrastructure Dossier information as according to the parliament/DUN/District level.
• Prepare DUN & Parliament Answer and submit to the respective department for approval as according to the SOPs.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/laws/data science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in telecommunications industries.
