Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields

1 year experience in online customer support, e-commerce, or digital sales is a plus
Fresh graduates & SPM leavers are welcome (training provided!)
Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, Indonesian (HK, Taiwan, Indonesian market)
Basic English & Bahasa
Familiar with Microsoft Office, social media & e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada)
Responsible, customer-focused & able to work independently

A fast learner
Able to speak Cantonese / Mandarin/ Hakka/ Hokkien (HK & Taiwan market) Indonesian (Indonesian Market)
Good with social media & e-commerce

Your main tasks:

Handle warm leads (no cold calls)
Follow the sales script & guide customers
Build trust and close sales
Reply to customer inquiries through WhatsApp / chat
