Retail Assistant cum Customer Service

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in-store
2. Provide product information and recommendations
3. Handle payments, refunds, and exchanges
4. Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
5. Support daily store operations and basic admin tasks
6. Handle customer enquiry via email, whatsapp and walk in

Requirements:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
3. Able to work independently and in a team
4. Basic computer or POS knowledge is a plus
