Our client is looking for an execution-focused leader to manage their end-to-end cybersecurity operations. This role is critical for ensuring continuous protection, active monitoring, and rapid incident response across both enterprise IT and operational technology (OT) environments.

• Operations Leadership: Direct 24/7 security monitoring and act as the primary escalation point for cyber incidents.
• Threat Response: Coordinate immediate containment, eradication, and recovery strategies during active security events.
• Tooling Optimization: Manage and maximize the effectiveness of core security platforms, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Operational Governance: Ensure pragmatic, risk-based security controls align with major frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Solid background driving cybersecurity operations, incident response, or SOC management.
• Hands-on technical expertise with modern security tooling like EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and IAM platforms.
• Direct experience securing operational technology (OT) networks or other highly critical production environments.
• Deep understanding of core security and compliance frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2.
• Strong decision-making skills during high-pressure situations with a primary focus on business continuity.
