• 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry (personal care or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing agencies.
• Strong business acumen, able to connect marketing investment with sales and profit outcomes.
• Strategic yet creative thinker with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Brand Strategy – Co-develop brand positioning and annual plans with the Brand Manager to strengthen brand’s leadership and drive sustainable growth.
• Integrated Campaigns – Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels
• Consumer Insights – Leverage social listening, data, and research to understand consumers and inform creative strategy.
• Innovation & Growth – Collaborate with global and local teams to identify new product and marketing opportunities aligned to local needs.
• A&P Management – Manage A&P budgets to balance growth, efficiency, and brand equity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global, sales, trade marketing, and product teams to ensure strong execution.
• Team Leadership – Mentor junior marketers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
