Klang - Production Crew

Minimum education: SPM and above

• Language required: Mandarin
• Required skills: Inventory Management, Quality Control
• Operate machines or carry out basic tasks such as assembly, packing, or labeling, based on instructions.
• Check the quality of products according to standards (e.g., visual inspection, simple measurements).
• Record basic production or quality data (don’t worry — we’ll guide and train you).
• Report any product defects or issues to your supervisor.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Able to read and understand simple instructions in English or Mandarin.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and open to shift work or overtime.
• Careful, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Any previous experience in production or quality checking is a bonus, but not required.
• Good teamwork and a positive working attitude.
• Basic salary + Shift allowance + Overtime pay.
• On-the-job training (no experience are encourage to apply).
• Uniform provided.
