Sales Coordinator – Stage Lighting Industry

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers (schools, event venues, theatres, etc.)
- Coordinate with the internal team to create promotional materials and proposals
- Communicate with customers and follow up on sales opportunities and orders
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and project documentation
- Coordinate between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks when required
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Malay is a bonus)
- Friendly, responsible, and proactive personality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / PowerPoint
- Experience in sales, marketing, or coordination is an advantage
- Knowledge of stage lighting systems or lighting control software (e.g., DMX control, lighting consoles) will be an advantage
- Interest in events, stage lighting, or technical products is a plus
