Internship for Culinary Internship Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking under supervision.
• Help with ingredient preparation, portioning, and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and supplies monitoring.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, including prep work and service support.
• Learn and apply cooking methods, recipes, and presentation techniques.
• Take direction and feedback to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary arts program or related field.
• Strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety, food hygiene, and sanitation principles.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
