about the job
  • Manage and coordinate the entire design process for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee design consultants to ensure designs meet business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main contact between internal teams, consultants, and authorities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Prepare design briefs and schedules that follow the master plan time line.
  • Recommend and coordinate the appointment of consultants and contractors, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Participate in all design phases, conduct regular audits, and make on-site design adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure quality outcomes in master planning, architecture, interiors, and site supervision to enhance community living.
  • Work closely with Cost, Contract, Project Management, and Sales teams on budgeting, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Review and manage documentation for approvals and tender processes, maintaining quality assurance.
  • Update design guidelines using feedback from completed projects to ensure consistent best practices.
skills and experience required ...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in design and project management.
  • Background in architecture firms or property developers
  • Experience in high- and mid-rise residential or mixed-use projects
  • Open to overseas relocation.
