Senior merchandiser (sports retail) / asst manager

Randstad is partnering with a well-known Sports brand. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Merchandiser (sports retail) / Asst Manager to join them.

You will need to:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and stock allocation to ensure market competitiveness.
• Assist the merchandising manager includes lead & mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive seasonal product planning and ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and evolving consumer preferences in the sports retail sector.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in merchandising team, preferably sports retail
• Strong communication & analytical skills
