SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Willing to work shift, on weekend and Public Holiday
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods from suppliers. [Based on Delivery Order (DO) / Invoice / Purchase Order (PO)]
- Ensure all items match delivery documents in terms of quantity and quality, and report any discrepancies.
- Update inventory system, organize and update return items properly (FIFO/FEFO), and maintain a clean and orderly receiving area.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and support stock take activities when required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
