Site Engineer

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in M&E works within construction, fit-out, or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic project coordination tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Supervise and coordinate all M&E works on site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents prior to execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth integration of M&E works.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and ensure timely completion of M&E activities.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and technical discrepancies related to M&E works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company SOPs, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including progress reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for submissions, approvals, and inspections.
- Support the Project Manager in coordination meetings, planning, and overall project execution.
