Create basic graphic designs using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, reels) showcasing cameras, accessories, and promotions
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social platforms in a timely manner
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales
- Analyze campaign performance using tools (e.g., insights, analytics) and optimize strategies accordingly
- Update and maintain website or e-commerce platforms with latest products, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing campaigns with in-store promotions and product launches
- Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends, camera products, and competitor activities
- Organize and promote events, workshops, or product launches both online and offline
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer database (if applicable)
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may be considered)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and current trends
- Basic skills in content creation (photo/video shooting and editing)
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion or interest in photography, videography, or camera equipment is highly preferred
