Internship HR- Recruitment - Kajang

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support our talent acquisition efforts and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates and provide updates on application status
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
• Support employer branding initiatives (e.g. job fairs, social media campaigns)
• Conduct initial phone screenings or pre-interview assessments (as needed)
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Available for at least 3 months to 6 months internship.
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Fluent in written and spoken [English/Bahasa Melayu].
