What you will bring
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire and consistently exceed expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and follow up on interview status with candidates and hiring managers.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records (both hardcopy and digital).
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding packs.
  • Support data entry and filing of HR-related documents.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Ensure timely collection of onboarding documents and feedback.
  • Support the exit process for departing employees.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support planning and execution of employee activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Collect and compile feedback from employee engagement initiatives.

Other Ad-Hoc HR Tasks:

  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
  • Prepare basic HR reports when required.
