Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

The candidate must be able to handle full set of basic accounting tasks including preparing invoice and official receipt, tracking project expenses, and monitoring payments. Responsible for maintaining and updating all project files (physical & softcopy), ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and easy to trace.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up on missing documents and outstanding payments. Experience with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount) and project-based or construction environment is required.
