Operation Executive

Diploma / STPM / A-Level minimum; Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive PA roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or other relevant tools
• Background in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or project management is an advantage
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru
• Lead and motivate internal staff to achieve daily goals and maintain discipline
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and production timelines for boutique operations
• Monitor inventory, sales, and financial performance reports
• Maintain and improve company SOPs for workflow and efficiency
• Oversee logistics, deliveries, and readiness for events or new collection launches
• Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle emails, calls, and confidential business-related personal matters
• Prepare concise reports, presentations, and project updates for management
• Identify process improvements and suggest solutions for better team performance
• Assist the Principal in making tactical decisions related to operations and business direction
