JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Sales Solutions & Packaging
- Lead the Sales Solutions team in developing innovative media packages, bundles, and go-to-market offerings.
- Work with Sales and Business Development teams to build custom solutions that meet client objectives while maximising yield.
- Balance creativity and inventory feasibility to create compelling, scalable campaign frameworks.
- Campaign Planning & Implementation
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, trafficking, and live execution of all campaigns across platforms (TV, Digital, Audio, Social).
- Ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery with continuous performance optimisation.
- Establish SOPs and cross-functional workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Creative Solutions
- Manage the in-house creative team, including HTML5 ad developers and creative engineers.
- Translate campaign objectives into engaging creatives that align with platform specs and brand standards.
- Drive creative innovation through new formats and personalized experiences.
- Data, Insights & Performance
- Oversee the Head of Data & Insights in delivering dashboards, campaign performance reports, and business intelligence.
- Analyse data to uncover trends, identify optimisation levers, and recommend improvements to the business.
- Ensure campaign learnings are fed back into the sales and planning cycle to uplift future performance.
- Sales Concept Realization
- Serve as the executional lead to bring business, sales ideas and client briefs to life.
- Translate conceptual pitches into actionable plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development team to stress-test feasibility, ensure cross-functional readiness, and guarantee successful campaign rollout.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in media, digital advertising, or campaign operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, media planning, creative development, and digital ad operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, multi-platform campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics, BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau), and campaign management platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and execution-focused.
