Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Having experience in logistics or warehousing is a must. Experience in warehouse management for large and medium-sized enterprises, finished goods warehouse management, and ASRS Warehouse Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong communication skill in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Dealing with Mandarin speaking suppliers and clients)
- Familiar with the types of goods in the warehouse and the rules for placement.
- Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory, and employee scheduling.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Complete accurate warehouse productivity reports for upper management.
- Coordinate training of new employees and ensure that current employees are receiving ongoing training.
- Inspect all materials to detect malfunctions.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the management.
