  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing analytical skills to compile and interpret data.
  • Support the Managing Director in various projects and initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Attend meetings with the MD and document key takeaways and action items.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support decision-making processes by providing relevant information and insights, contributing to informed and effective management strategies.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Support and learn from the MD on leadership, decision-making, and organizational management.
