Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential
- Able to work independently
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Handles and support all Human Resources matters in the company.
- Foreign workers management, including but not limited to permit renewal, passport renewal, FOMEMA, hostels needs and transportation.
- Assisting the HR team in the implementation of new or existing HR policies and procedures to enhance productivity and positive culture.
- Responsible to assist the HR team to manage the preparation of monthly report & any other report on a timely manner.
- Updating and monitoring staff attendance.
- Monitoring staff discipline.
- Liaising with current staff inquiries and request.
- Proactively look of operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Property Management-Record keeping and safeguarding of company assets.
- Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipments'/sundry are well maintained.
- Other ad hoc administration task may be added from time to time.
