  • Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday (Alternate) (8am - 12pm)
  • Handles and support all Human Resources matters in the company.
  • Foreign workers management, including but not limited to permit renewal, passport renewal, FOMEMA, hostels needs and transportation.
  • Assisting the HR team in the implementation of new or existing HR policies and procedures to enhance productivity and positive culture.
  • Responsible to assist the HR team to manage the preparation of monthly report & any other report on a timely manner.
  • Updating and monitoring staff attendance.
  • Monitoring staff discipline.
  • Liaising with current staff inquiries and request.
  • Proactively look of operational efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Property Management-Record keeping and safeguarding of company assets.
  • Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipments'/sundry are well maintained.
  • Other ad hoc administration task may be added from time to time.
