Minimum Education: Diploma or Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (5.5day work per week)
  • Time: 8.30am to 5.00pm
HR Assistant
  • Responsible to perform clerical support function, to maintain neat, orderly, complete documents and project first.
  • To provide administrative support to project management and project team as needed.
  • To ensure all delivery order, services report is back to office on time.
  • Assist to update data in system, tracking and monitor record as needed.
  • To assist admin superior on documentation controls submission and follow up as needed.
  • To ensure all company belongings are kept in proper and safe.
  • Monitoring site and office stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
  • Search potential vendors / suppliers.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Update internal databases with order details. (Dates, vendors, quantities, discount)
  • To support ISO documentation preparation.
  • To assist superior in purchasing scope, if needed.
  • Any others related job assign by superior.
  • You have to perform your knowledge and skills for management evaluation.
