Quality Engineer

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with AP/AR exposure
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice are preferred
- Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when necessary
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain proper financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents
- Ensure accounting entries are properly recorded in the accounting system
- Support month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized filing and documentation for finance-related records
- Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
