Job Summary

The Supply Chain Executive/Manager is responsible for the end to end coordination of production planning, material management, subcontractor operations, and shipping activities to ensure smooth, timely, and cost effective supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule based on sales orders, forecasts, and production capacity.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to monitor daily output and resolve any scheduling or material-related issues.
• Ensure production milestones and delivery timelines are met.

• Plan and forecast material requirements according to production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage safety stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Issue purchase requisitions/orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance related to cost, quality, and lead time.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate job orders to subcontractors based on workload and delivery requirements.
• Track subcontractor output, production status, and turnaround time.
• Arrange material supply to subcontractors and ensure quality and delivery compliance.
• Maintain strong working relationships with external manufacturing partners.

• Plan and coordinate outbound shipments according to customer schedules.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, etc.).
• Work with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track shipment status and handle any delivery issues.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality, warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Support order fulfilment, customer commitments, and internal process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of production plans, material usage, subcontractor status, and shipment data.
• Prepare regular supply chain performance reports for management review.
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, or production coordination.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience for managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory control, or procurement processes.
• Good understanding of supply chain workflows and manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, SQL, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with strong record keeping accuracy.
