Personal Assistant to Founder (Based in KL and JB)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing company in the [industry – e.g. beauty & wellness / professional services], led by a dynamic and hands-on Founder. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide full-spectrum support in both business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Founder
  • Manage and coordinate the Founder’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Founder
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Support in project coordination and follow-up on key action items
  • Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

Good to Have:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or founders
  • Mandarin proficiency (if dealing with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
  • Flexible and willing to travel or work beyond standard hours when required
