Personal Assistant to Founder (Based in KL and JB)

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing company in the [industry – e.g. beauty & wellness / professional services], led by a dynamic and hands-on Founder. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide full-spectrum support in both business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Founder
- Manage and coordinate the Founder’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Founder
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support in project coordination and follow-up on key action items
- Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Good to Have:
- Experience supporting C-level executives or founders
- Mandarin proficiency (if dealing with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Flexible and willing to travel or work beyond standard hours when required
