REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma/ Degree in business, travel management, hospitality and Tourism, or any related fields

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in the English, Chinese and Malay language; both verbal and written communication

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and open to new ideas
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attends to & handle general enquiries and provide customer service to clients via, calls, walk-ins or emails
• Provide literature and information to clients concerning tour packages (i.e. destinations, transportations, travel routes, accommodations, fares, travel dates, travel regulations, etc)
• Make & confirm tour bookings and notify clients of travel requirements (i.e. luggage limits, insurance, medical, passports, visas, currency, etc)• Collect passports or visas for confirmed booking
• Records client data electronically and maintain files of departed tours
• Updates clients on latest promotions and destinations
• Paperwork of Tour Operation (exp. rooming list, confirmation)
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• To handle any other requests from HOD/ Director
• Allowance (RM800-Diploma RM1000-Degree)
• 5-day work week
