As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s offline sales channels by engaging with clients, introducing products, and closing deals.
This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive sales and business growth.
You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth sales operations.- Conduct sales meetings with clients through virtual or in-person visits.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and familiarize clients with products to drive sales.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Process customer orders efficiently and follow up on product or service issues.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records for reporting and tracking.
- Research and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure client retention.
- Track sales performance, analyse trends, prepare reports, and report projected sales/margin forecasts
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
