Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with drafting of MEMO, Process Guidelines, Basic Policies, etc.
  • Pre-Onboarding – raise request for company laptop, email ID, on boarding form, etc. Send email communication to new hires – congratulating and as a gentle reminder of their onboarding date
  • Administration for sitting arrangements by department
  • Pantry – replenishing
  • Ad-hoc HR and Admin support when required or project base
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
  • Able to commute on-site office at Jalan Ipoh
