Accounts Assistant (3 Months Contract)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and filing
  • Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update accounting records
  • Assist in month-end closing and basic financial reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with company policies
  • Support audit and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts Executive / Finance Manager
