Accounts Assistant (3 Months Contract)

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and filing
- Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and update accounting records
- Assist in month-end closing and basic financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with company policies
- Support audit and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts Executive / Finance Manager
