Job Descriptions:
- Supervise daily retail operations across assigned outlets
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist outlets in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate stock replenishment, stock checks, and inventory control
- Prepare outlet reports and provide updates to management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff
- Ensure outlets maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets
- Willing to travel between outlets as required
