We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager for a established MNC that specializes in industrial packaging manufacturing services.
Reporting to: Managing DirectorLocation: Johor

the role- Lead sales growth across the region by identifying and developing new business opportunities, industry sectors, and key projects aligned with company goals.
- Understand customer needs and align solutions with global strategy.
- Collaborate with the global sales network to build and implement strategic growth plans.
- Use strategic thinking and analytical insight to tackle business challenges and develop action plans for targeting new accounts and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Provide hands-on leadership, balancing efforts to acquire new business with preserving core customer accounts.
- Independently shape and execute business strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of key systems, including ERP, CRM, and sustainability initiatives within the business development unit.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Availability for regular business travel within Johor and ocassionally to Singapore.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably inindustrial packaging industry.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
