**Job Responsibilities**- Aid the consulting team in performing customer demand research, gathering data, and analyzing the market.
- Assist with project execution tasks, such as preparing data, tracking progress, communicating with customers, and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, recommendations for technical solutions, customer reports, and other relevant documents.
- Engage in the implementation and support of e-commerce initiatives, IT systems, digital transformation, and related projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence, providing research assistance to the team.
- As part of the project team, ensure deliverables are professional and submitted on time.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, e-commerce, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Have 0-2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- A basic understanding of IT systems, e-commerce platforms, or business operations is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Show attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effective time management skills.
- Display a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with commonly used office and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, etc.).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, e-commerce systems, or data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (such as Chinese, English, and Malay) is preferred.
