About the role

Assist in daily administrative and operational activities, including shipment monitoring, data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and courier operations.

Responsibility
  • Assists with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
  • Assists in communicating with client in person, by phone, or through social media platforms in ensuring product or services enquiry answered.
  • Assists in client account set up application and document preparation
  • Assists in processing product/service order using company provided software according to company procedure
  • Sort and organize inbound and outbound orders
  • Track customer order using webpage or internal system to ensure all order or services delivered correctly and on time.
  • Assist in handling local and international shipment. Make sure all shipment comply to rules and regulations.
  • Assists in promoting company product and services online and offline.
  • Assists in managing cash, credit and online transaction and ensure all transactions is recorded correctly.
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Attending and participating in client/HQ meetings and trainings.
  • Update daily sales record and document filling
  • Keeping a log of everything learned.
Minimum Requirement
  • Must at least currently pursuing Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess basic computer and printer operation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
