WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in F&B is required.
- Experience in a fast-food chain or restaurant is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage daily outlet operations, including inventory, staff, and overall operations flow.
- Capable of leading and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday.
- Valid Typhoid Injection and Food Handler Certificate.
- Fun, positive, and energetic personality.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting daily outlet operations by ensuring excellent service quality, effective inventory control, cost efficiency, staff supervision, and compliance with company standards. This role includes leading team members in daily operations, maintaining operational efficiency, and contributing to sales performance and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support outlet operations and perform Service Crew duties when required.
- Ensure Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and overtime (OT) are maintained within company targets.
- Support the outlet in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the outlet maintains Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards while minimizing customer complaints.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the superior when necessary.
- Prepare weekly and monthly duty rosters for outlet team members.
- Assist in guiding, training, and onboarding new joiners.
- Conduct briefings for team members on new product launches, sales performance, and operational updates.
- Prepare and submit petty cash reimbursement claims and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Ensure all daily banking duties are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
- Manage inventory, maintain optimum stock levels, and perform stock ordering in accordance with the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Ensure outlet and storeroom cleanliness are maintained according to company standards.
- Ensure all team members comply with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company operational standards.
- Assist in covering shifts during manpower shortages or operational requirements.
