Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project
- Possess good organisation and time management skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork
- Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
- Coordinate project planning, budgeting, safety, and quality with consultants and contractors.
- Follow up on drawing approvals with local authorities.
- Review drawings and estimate materials.
- Monitor on-site construction progress.
- Prepare reports for the Project Manager.
