Internship Information Technology (IT) Intern

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our Technology Department and gain hands-on experience in supporting AI-driven products, digital solutions, and internal IT operations. This internship offers valuable practical experience in emerging technologies, system support, software implementation, and AI-related projects within a fast-pace working environment.

As an IT Intern, you will work closely with the Technology and cross-functional teams throughout various stages of project development and deployment. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, support technical initiatives, and assist in enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions and AI applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting and maintaining internal IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of AI-related products, automation tools, and digital solutions.
• Utilize AI platforms and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI technologies to support workflow automation, content generation, research, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in exploring and evaluating emerging AI tools, machine learning technologies, and automation platforms for business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support when required.
• Assist in system documentation, data management, software updates, and technical reporting.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving technology processes and AI integration.
• Support the coordination and execution of IT projects, operational, system enhancements, and digital initiatives.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital transformation practices.
• Ensure assigned tasks and projects are completed accurately and within timeline.
• Preferably candidates currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or other relevant technologies will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or automation platforms will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, database management, or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or collaboration tools would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Multilingual abilities (English, Mandarin, and Malay) are an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to explore AI and digital innovations.
• Internship Duration: Minimum of 3 months.
