Operations Supervisor (Telecommunication, Civil & IT Projects)

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our telecommunication, civil engineering, IT infrastructure, and maintenance projects, and general upkeep services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field staff, coordinating project activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and project timelines.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across multiple project locations.
• Lead, monitor, and manage field staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Plan manpower allocation, work schedules, and site activities effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments regarding project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and progress reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and control of company equipment, tools, and materials.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
