- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for the safe handling and application of pesticides.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pest control equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team to achieve pest management objectives.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Klang Valley and occasionally after office hours.
- Willing to work in environments involving pests and able to handle them when required
- Possession of a valid driving license/GDL is an added advantage.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of damage.
- Apply pesticides and other control methods safely and effectively, adhering to all safety regulations and label instructions.
- Maintain pest control equipment, ensuring IT is in proper working order for efficient and safe operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering advice on pest prevention.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspections, treatments, and recommendations for clients and internal records.
- Stay up to date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations through ongoing training and professional development.
